Nobody should spend their first week here retyping a product list. If your catalogue and your customer and supplier details already live in a spreadsheet, bring the spreadsheet.
Two steps, and the first one is reversible
Go to Import in the back office and upload a .csv or .xlsx file. Then:
- Preview. You see, row by row, what will be created — and what will not. Rows with a problem are listed with the reason (a missing name, an unrecognised unit, a duplicate code), and nothing has been written yet. Fix the sheet, upload again, look again.
- Commit. Only when the preview looks right do you confirm. Now the rows are created.
Records that already exist are skipped rather than overwritten, so re-running an import after adding a few rows to the sheet is safe — it picks up the new rows and leaves the rest alone.
What you can import today
- Products — name, code, group, unit of measure and pricing.
- Partners — customers and suppliers, with their addresses, contacts and tax details.
Download the template for either from the Import screen: it has the exact column headings, so the easiest path is to paste your data into the template rather than reshape your own file.

Not yet — those come next. In the meantime, if you would like a hand mapping an unusual sheet, send it over and we will look at it with you.
